**FF CINEMA – TERMS OF SERVICE**

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By purchasing or engaging services from FF Cinema (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. SERVICES

FF Cinema provides creative and marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Video production

  • Photography

  • Content creation

  • Social media content

  • Advertising creative and strategy

Scope of services will be defined per agreement, proposal, or invoice.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments are due as outlined in your invoice or agreement.

  • Payments may be billed as one-time, recurring, or installment-based depending on the service.

  • All payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RETAINERS

  • Ongoing services (monthly packages, retainers, etc.) may require a minimum commitment period, if specified.

  • After the minimum term, services may continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

  • Cancellation requires written notice (typically 7–30 days depending on agreement).

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely communication

  • Supply necessary materials, access, and approvals

  • Be available for scheduled shoots or revisions

Delays caused by the Client may impact timelines and deliverables.

5. CREATIVE CONTROL & REVISIONS

  • FF Cinema retains creative direction and execution.

  • Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project scope.

  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra fees.

6. DELIVERY & TIMELINES

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope and Client responsiveness.

  • FF Cinema is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of its control.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

FF Cinema does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue

  • Leads

  • Engagement

  • Advertising performance

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Final delivered content may be used by the Client for business and marketing purposes.

  • FF Cinema retains the right to use all created content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Shoots canceled within 24–48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • FF Cinema is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

FF Cinema is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Illness

  • Acts of God

12. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from FF Cinema related to:

  • Appointment scheduling and reminders

  • Service updates and project communication

  • Marketing and promotional offers (if opted in)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 323-894-2175. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@ffcinema.net

13. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

14. CARRIER LIABILITY

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

16. AGREEMENT
